How do I unsubscribe from cemetery plot listing updates?

If you no longer wish to receive new plot listing updates from a specific cemetery, you can easily unsubscribe through the customer account management portal.

Step 1: Sign in to your BurialLink Account
Open your preferred web browser and visit the BurialLink website.
Click on the "My Account" link located in the nav at the top of the homepage.
Enter your login credentials (username and password) and click "Sign in" to access your account.

Step 2: Access Customer Account Management Portal
After successfully signing in, you will be redirected to your account dashboard.

Step 3: Manage Subscriptions
Within the account management portal, scroll down until you find the "Subscriptions" section.
In the "Subscriptions" section, you will see a list of all the cemeteries you are currently subscribed to for plot listing updates.
Locate the name of the cemetery from which you want to unsubscribe.

Step 4: Unsubscribe from the Cemetery
Next to the name of the cemetery, you will find an "X" button or a similar symbol indicating the option to unsubscribe.
Click the "X" button next to the name of the cemetery you wish to unsubscribe from.
A confirmation prompt may appear to ensure you want to proceed with unsubscribing. If prompted, confirm your decision to unsubscribe.

You will no longer receive new plot listing updates from that cemetery.

Remember, if you change your mind in the future, you can always re-subscribe.
